UTILITIES:
Electricity
• FLI to provide roughing-ins and wirings inside the units, including wiring devices
• MERALCO to provide electrical service for 220 volts/60 Hz and meters for individual units. Unit owners to apply directly to MERALCO for electrical services. MERALCO shall bill unit owners based on the individual meter reading.
 
Telephone
• FLI to provide roughing-ins and cablings from the building’s entry area up to the telephone terminal cabinet located at every floor and to be connected to the individual condominium units. The provision allows for one (1) telephone line per unit
• Unit owner will apply directly to the telephone service provider.
 
Internet Broad Band
• Unit owner will apply directly to the internet service provider for broadband connection. Internet connection will be thru the telephone wiring.
 
Cable TV
• FLI to provide roughing-ins and cablings from the building’s entry area up to the cable terminal cabinet located at every floor and to be connected to the individual condominium units. The provision allows for one (1) cable line per unit
• Unit owner will apply directly to the cable service provider.
 
Intercom
• FLI to provide roughing-ins and connection for intercom.
• Unit owner will supply the Intercom equipment based on the specifications from the Developer.
 
Water
• FLI to provide the required plumbing works and cisterns for the distribution and storage of potable water.
• The water service provider shall connect to the mother water meter of the building. FLI to provide sub-meters for individual units with cost of the individual meter for the account of the unit owner. The Condominium Corporation shall bill the unit owners based on the individual meter reading.
